The GASSED app is a joke for teens. Jokes are subjective. Our AI is equal to your wildest Discord. It's crazy. If you go too hard, take one back, own it, and send a funnier one. That’s the code. Don’t use this to be a jerk.

By accessing or using the GASSED App, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. We may update these terms. Keep using the app? You accept the updates.

GASSED is an app for creating chaotic, AI-generated meme personas. These personas can be weird, unfiltered, or absurd. That's kind of the point.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use GASSED. No exceptions.
4. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT
You are responsible for the content you generate and share.
No using GASSED to bully, harass, impersonate, or exploit others.
Personas are jokes — if you use them to be malicious, that’s on you.
GASSED may remove content or ban users if behavior is sus, harmful, or just ruining the vibe.
5. FRIEND FEATURES
If you use GASSED with friends, get their consent. Don’t use their names, photos, or likenesses without it. We don’t moderate your memes, but if someone reports abuse, we’ll act fast.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
GASSED owns the app, the brand, and the tech.
You own your memes — but by using the app, you let us use them to promote GASSED.
7. PERSONA DISCLAIMER
The personas aren’t real. Don’t treat them like they are.
Don’t rely on them for medical, financial, or life advice. That’s weird.
8. TERMINATION
We can ban or boot users who break the rules. We don’t want to. Just don’t be a menace.
9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
This is a joke app. It might be weird, unhinged, or offensive. That’s by design.
